The science

Made to a standard, not a price.

The product is almost nothing but water, so the inputs, the filtration and the fill environment are the whole story. Here is how every vial is made and checked.

How it's made

Made in a controlled cleanroom. Checked before it ships.

Filled, sealed and inspected under filtered air in a temperature-controlled facility. Nothing leaves the room until it passes.

Multi-stage purified water, taken to USP-grade clarity.

02

Filtered

Passed through a 0.22 micron sterile membrane.

03

Filled & sealed

Filled and flip-cap sealed under filtered cleanroom air.

04

Batch tested

Sterility and clarity verified, then released for dispatch.

Quality control

Every batch, inspected by hand.

Clarity is checked against light. Seals are verified. Fill volume is confirmed. The vials that do not measure up never make it into a box. It is a slower way to work, and it is the only way we are willing to.
