How and when your order ships, what it costs, and how returns work.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day.
Shipping and rates
Everything ships by express registered post, Australia-wide. Shipping is free on orders up to 1kg, which is roughly five ten-packs of water. Above 1kg, an extra $20 applies per additional kilogram. The exact figure is shown at checkout based on your order weight.
Packaging
Every order arrives in plain, unbranded packaging. There is nothing on the outside to indicate what is inside. Each vial is sealed with a tamper-evident flip-cap, and batch details are printed on the box.
Tracking
You will receive tracking details by email when your order is dispatched. Express registered post is fully trackable and requires signature on delivery.
Returns
Because this is a sealed, sterile product, we cannot accept returns on vials that have been opened. Unopened, sealed vials can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the tamper-evident seal is intact.
If an order arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace or refund it. Always inspect each vial on arrival, and never use one whose seal is broken.
