Terms of Sale

These terms apply to every order placed with BAC Waters Pty Ltd (BAC Waters). By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy and Shipping and Returns page.

The product

BAC Waters supplies bacteriostatic water for laboratory and professional use. Product information on this site is provided for product and quality purposes and is not medical advice. It is your responsibility to ensure the product is suitable and lawful for your intended use.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, and we may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred. We confirm acceptance when we dispatch your order.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders we have already accepted. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment provider, and your order is processed once payment is confirmed.

Shipping

Delivery times, rates and methods are set out on our Shipping and Returns page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns

Because this is a sealed, sterile product, opened vials cannot be returned. Unopened, sealed vials may be returned within 14 days as described on our Shipping and Returns page. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Acceptable use

You agree to handle, store and use the product responsibly and in line with the guidance on its label, and not to resell or represent it in a way that is misleading or unlawful.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to resupplying the product or refunding the price paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. This does not exclude guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, imagery and branding, belongs to BAC Waters and may not be used without permission.

Governing law and changes
